VOLUNTEERING

Volunteering is a way for people to make a difference in the community, build meaningful connections with others, and improve their relationship with themselves and God.
SpringSpirit offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for high school students and adults who are looking to get involved in our volunteer program.

Education Volunteer Opportunities

L.E.E.R

(Lifting Every Elementary Reader) is our volunteer-led, after-school reading program for struggling elementary readers that takes place every Monday-Thursday.
There are three different options to choose from: in-person at the surrounding elementary schools, in-person at SpringSpirit, and virtually.
Final schedule is tentative based on family needs and help required.

Volunteer Commitment: Once a week for 1 hour

Ministry Volunteer Opportunities

Friday Night Live (FNL)
Though we offer small group bible studies weekly; Our biggest weekly ministry program is FNL. Every Friday night, kids from kindergarten through 12th grade gather from 6pm-8pm for a night of games, food, community, and a message of hope. Volunteers help make this possible by leading small groups, running stations, setting up, and more.

Volunteer needs for FNL:
- Guest speakers for the ministry message rotation
- Praise and worship leaders for the ministry rotation (once a month)
- Sponsor the community meal for one Friday night
- Facilitate game stations
